«Arrangements for the protection of Employer’s interests

1) Non-competition
Within ____months upon the termination of the Labor Agreement (”Restriction period“) the Employee shall have no right without preliminary written consent of the Employer directly or indirectly participate as the owner, or consultant, entrepreneur, or under the labor contract, render the services or otherwise participate in the activity of the Company competing to the Employer.

2) Non-solicitation of Clients and (or) Employees
Within the Restriction period the Employee shall have no right without preliminary written consent of the Employer directly or indirectly: i) induce any person, which is or will be a Client of the Employee during the Restriction period, to leave the Employer for the Competitor; ii) induce, affect or convince any Employee or independent contractor of the Company to leave the Employer for the Competitor; iii) affect or convince any contractor of the Employer relating to the services or production, including, without limitations, any individual or legal entity, which was a supplier of the Employer during the employment, or perform any actions infecting the present or potential relationship between the Employer and the supplier of the services or production, iv) encourage or allow any other person to perform directly or indirectly the activity restricted by the present Clause, and not encourage directly or indirectly any Employee to perform such activity

Я бы shall have no right заменила просто на shall not, потому что после shall have no right у Вас дальше пропадает необходимый предлог to

infecting ... relationship, мне кажется, звучит не очень

Вообще, в п. iii) непонятно affect or convince any contractor of the Employer TO DO WHAT?

И вообще affect в данном контексте звучит неуместно. В русском это "заставлять/склонять/побуждать"? Нельзя сказать affect smb. to do smth.

Более подробно нет времени смотреть. Очень похоже, что этот текст раньше переводили с английского на русский. Так что если Вас интересуют формулировки, поищите в инете образцы таких договоров (non-competition and non-solicitation agreements/clauses)
