Whenever any notice is required by the Bylaws, it shall be deemed to be sufficient if mailed via first class mail to the last known address of the intended recipient or to the last known email address of the member. Such notice may be waived in writing by the intended recipient.

В любом случае, когда настоящим Уставом требуется доставка уведомлений, выполненной будет считаться доставка почтой первого класса на последний известный почтовый адрес получателя, или на последний известный электронный адрес. От доставки такого уведомления получатель может отказаться в письменной форме.
