1. Вести дела и предпринимать действия, требуемые или необходимые для деятельности Компании или каким-либо образом связанные с ними, и с этой целью вести переписку по данным деловым вопросам. To conduct business and to undertake the actions demanded or necessary for the Company activities or somehow connected with them, and with this aim to correspond on the given business matters.
2. Являться главой представительства, филиала или дочерней компании и совершать все необходимые действия для выполнения своих обязанностей в данной должности и руководства данным предприятием. To be the head of the representation, branch or affiliated company and to make all necessary actions for the performance of the duties in the given post and the management of the given enterprise.
3. Являться законным представителем Компании, обладающим правом подписывать без каких-либо ограничений официальные решения и все документы, необходимые для регистрации, создания и деятельности представительства, филиала или дочерней компании, а также представлять Компанию в кредитных и финансовых государственных и негосударственных органах и организациях. To be the official representative of the Company having the right to sign official decisions and all documents, necessary for registration, creation and activity of the representation, branch or affiliated company without limitation, and also to represent the Company in credit and financial state and not state bodies and organizations.
4. Открывать, учреждать, регистрировать, управлять и руководить филиалами Компании или использовать или приобретать для Компании лицензию или разрешение на осуществление торговли с ограниченной ответственностью, а также, в общем, открывать и учреждать в любом месте филиалы или торговые представительства Компании и предпринимать все необходимые действия в этом отношении, включая контакты с органами местной или государственной власти, подписание любых документов, в том числе различных заявлений, и аренду помещений на любых условиях для претворения в жизнь вышеуказанных полномочий. To open, establish, register, operate and supervise over the Company branches or to use or acquire the license or the sanction to realization of trade with limited liability for the Company, and also, in general, to open and establish branches or the trade missions of the Company at any place and to undertake all necessary actions in this respect, including contacts with the local or state authorities, signing of any documents, including various applications, and the rent of premises on any terms for the implementation of the above-stated powers.
5. Действовать от лица Компании в представительстве, филиале или дочерней компании, предпринимать действия, необходимые для интересов Компании или ее деятельности так же полно и эффективно, как если бы это делала сама Компания. To operate on behalf of the Company in the representation, branch or affiliated company, to undertake the actions necessary for interests of the Company or its activity as full and effectively as though it was done by the Company.
6. Передавать все свои полномочия или какую-либо их часть Третьим сторонам для того, чтобы предпринимать действия от лица Компании, в том числе для регистрации представительства, филиала или дочерней компании. To transfer all the powers or any part of them to the Third parties to undertake actions on behalf of the Company, including registration of the representation, branch or affiliated company.
