Subject: lay seizure Добрый вечерпожалуйста помогите перевести lay seizure контекст: We declare and agree that all goods dispatched under this letter of credit are available at your disposal giving you full right to lay seizure on all merchandise, which is considered together with the margin of security paid on mortgage to your order; and granting you full authority to get hold of merchandise, dispose of it, receive its value, insurance and the margin of security paid under the credit in the manner you like так все понятно вроде - но вот lay seizure - ???
