Subject: assets value against sum of total liabilities and capital Мне кажется, что в оригинале какая-то ошибка. Пожалуйста, помогите разобраться. По-моему (а это не значит, что это верно), сумма активов не должна быть меньше суммы обязательств, но при чем тут капитал, который суммируется к сумме обязательств, а не активов не понимаю. См. ниже оригинал:Where the Company offers to acquire shares with par value, it shall only do so if, the directors determine that, immediately after the acquisition, the realizable value of the assets of the Company will not be less than the sum of its total liabilities, other than deferred taxes, as shown in the books of account, and its capital.
