In the case of commercial relationships between Defence and industry, ethical behaviour includes standards specific to Government procurement. The code of conduct set out below provides a framework for relationships between Defence and industry. Defence expects that all its employees will behave ethically, and those involved in the procurement process will abide by the relevant written codes of behaviour.
