Subject: Юридические формулировки Помогите перевести плиз: "Reference is hereby made to the Agreement dated as of October 23, 2006...". Так или иначе, обходными путями, я смогу это перевести, но интересует формулировка-аналог, используемая в русскоязычном обороте. Спасибо.

Все даю: Reference is hereby made to the Agreement dated as of October 23, 2006 between AAA (“Company”) and BBB(“Artist”) in connection with the development of television programming for Russian television (“Projects”). Pursuant to Clause 6 of the Agreement, this will inform you that Company has elected to, and hereby does, exercise its exclusive and irrevocable option to engage your services for the first option term for one (1) additional month of Services commencing on January 26, 2007 and continuing until February 25, 2007, subject to all the terms and conditions of the Agreement. ))))))))))))))) |

| еще пишут просто "we refer to the agreement bla-bla". Красиво, имхо, не скажешь. я бы почти клером попробовал, типа "настоящим мы ссылаемся на ..." |
