Пожалуйста, помогите перевести: if greater

Выражение встречается в тексте договора страхования:
An Administration charge of 0,41 % of a proportion of the Investment Value or 0,41% of that Investment Amount, if greater, is deducted on the first 20 Charging Dates following receipt of an Investment Amount. This proportion is the same proportion that the Investment Amount bears to the total of Investment Amount received.

если превышает...

наибольшая из двух величин: либо 0,41% от investment value, либо 0,41% от investment amount

в зависимости от того, какая из сумм больше

...или же 0,41% от investment amount, если она выше/больше investment value

где-то так

ИМХО: если вторая (т.е. 0,41% of the Investment Amount) превышает первую (т.е. 0,41% of а proportion of that Investment Value)
