Subject: to hold and retain the shares of the Designated Asset in the ordinary course law The Parties shall cause BidCo to hold and retain the shares of the Designated Asset in the ordinary course and not to (i) grant or suffer to exist any lien, pledge, encumbrance, security interest or other charge on or over the Designated Asset or (ii) enter into any agreement, option or other instrument regarding the sale or other disposition of the Designated Asset or shares therein or into any shareholders’ agreement or other agreement regarding the management of the Designated Asset or the voting of shares therein.Как по-русски передать "to hold and retain"?
