The To Do tab contains the To Do items for that individual. The list can contain one or many To Do items. Selecting an item and pressing the “open” button takes you to the detail level.
When viewing the detail, the Task tab shows the majority of the information for the To Do. There are three different Task detail screens that may be displayed depending on the source of data. There is a screen specific to Legacy, specific to TMG, and one that is “Generic” for all other imports. To the right is the “Generic” Task screen. The image on the bottom left is for Legacy and bottom right for The Master Genealogist.
The Repository tab displays the repository information for the To Do. You can change the repository to any other repository defined in the database using the “Find” button. This example, for Legacy, also supports Repository notes and the specification of latitude and longitude. Pressing the latitude and longitude button (globe) will display the values assigned.
