У Вас там пропущено, имхо. На уровне догадки: видимо, речь идет о том, что доля не может предлагаться к продаже (в течение 30 дней после получения уведомления о планируемой продаже или до получения отказа товарищества/партнерства от покупки доли, в зависимости от того, что из этого произойдет ранее).
