Я уже обращался в форум с подобным. Но хочу еще раз попытать счастья. Ниже привожу текст, из которого они взяты, если кто-либо попытается разобраться.

1)FLASH-EPROM 128k contains the controller firmware and the device parameters. It is floatable.
2)Connections to the "outside world" are located on the back panel board; the connectors are floating.

5)The floatable firmware which implements all the functions that are described.
6)If no firmware has been loaded, only floating the firmware via the RS232 interface on the front panel is possible. This interface is also used to update the firmware.
7)In addition, a floating voltage P4 (12 V) is available for external signal loops.
8)As a typical value, a 12-V floating voltage is available at the Output of bridge rectifier V43 and C80 to C82.
