Whereas:

CLIENT is engaged in selling Mobile Content to consumers, using its Content Management System
MOTION AVENUE is engaged in the business of developing, aggregating and provision of Mobile Content.

3. TERM AND CONDITIONS

3.1 MOTION AVENUE hereby grants to CLIENT a non-exclusive right, privilege and sub-license, during the Duration as specified in Clause 5 of this Agreement and throughout the “Territory” as follows: -

3.2 To sell, advertise and delivered MOTION AVENUE Mobile Content to consumers;

3.3 List of mobile contents refer to Appendix 1

Collectively referred to herein as (“Licensed Products”).
