Subject: co-terminous кто подскажет в точности что подразумевается под словом co-terminousв следующем контексте: If..(the duration of the first interest period is less than 30 business days), then it shall become co-terminous with the next interest period совпадает? или дополняет, типа "вливается"? или вообще на него рапспространяются те же terms как и в отношении следующего периода? или что еще? я запутался... помогите pls |

чет помощи не видно... а может ето поможет: the first Interest Period relative to each Drawdown shall end on the same day as the current Interest Period relative to the first Drawdown unless this would result in an Interest Period of les than 30 Business Days' duration in which event such first Interest Period shall be CO-TERMINOUS with the next Interest Period relative to the fisrt Drawdown. Thereafter, in both cases all Interest Periods relative to such Drawdown shall be CO-TERMINOUS and such Drawdown shall be treated as one Drawdown и все же, тут про совпадение идет речь (типа "как ни крути а все одно и то же") или про взаимодополнение в продолжительности?? |

(для сравнения) а вот здесь речь уж точно идет о СОВПАДЕНИИ: Whenever an Interest Period would end on a day which is not a Business Day, such Interest Period shall instead end on the next succeeding relevant Business Day unless such succeeding relevant Business Day falls in the next calendar month in which case such Interest period shall end on the preceding relevant Business Day provided that the end of an Interest Period shall always COINCIDE with the Repayment Dates under this [damn] AGGGGRRRRREEEEEEEMNT |
