Losses - убытки, прямые потери (в товаре или деньгах) Costs - расходы (напр. незапланированные при заключении сделки) Charges - штрафы и др. взыскания Damages - ущерб, аналогично Losses Expences - издержки, аналогично Costs Т.е., любые финансовые издержки, не предусмотренные основными условиями договора. |
