Конкретно про эти министерства впервые слышу об их причислении к силовым, однако доводилось переводить текст, в котором к силовым причислялось Министерство иностранных дел. Вообще, слово "силовой" имеет тенденцию расширительного применения. У кого есть влияние, тот и силовой. Как вариант: such authoritative ministries as the Ministry of Economy and Ministry of Finance |
