Если кому интересно, может, еще посмотрите такое: "Gross dollar volume" means processed and non-processed issued Volumes (including domestic and international retail purchases, cash transactions, on-us transactions, intra-proccessor transactions, local use only transactions..., etc. Вот intra-proccessor transactions интересуют. Это как-то связано с процессинговыми компаниями, может быть? И последний (?) вопрос - certificate of designations. Пример: holders of class A Common stock ...shall not be entitled to vote on: a. any amendment to this Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation (including any certificate od designations relating to any series of Preferred Stock) that relates solely to the terms of one or more outstanding series of Preferred Stock... и т.д. de minimis-то я понял, а non de minimis? Может, это нечто прямо противоположное, а может, и нет - лигализ дело стремное. :-( В общем, будем ждать. Как там вопрос решается, есть подвижки? :-) |
