Эээ... Ну да, Вы правы. Я-то хотел написать "... on Site" - как в договоре. |

еще непонятно: Продолжительность отделочных работ составляет два месяца с момента получения полной проектной документации, без учета новогодних каникул, при условии совмещения графика производства работ смежных компаний с нашим графиком. "при условии совмещения графика работ" вызывает проблемы с переводом |

Кас. "заведомо занижены" я бы сказал "deliberately / knowingly understated" e.g.: |
| it is expected / anticipated that the work (will be completed... etc) |
