| To levy an attachment on and/or to foreclose any property and/or property rights pledged to secure Borrower's obligations under the Contract; to terminate [the right of] ownership [in respect] of such property and/or property rights as a consequence of such property and/or property rights having been confiscated, seized, re-privatized, forcibly repurchased (??), or due to other causes arising other than with the Bank's consent. |

| настоящий Договор и Документы обеспечения после их заключения утверждены решением уполномоченного органа управления Заемщика или лица, которое заключило их в качестве поручителя, гаранта, залогодателя, в соответствии с требованиями учредительных документов последних, и Банку предоставляется оригинал такого решения или его копия или соответствующая выписка из него, удостоверенные председателем и секретарем соответствующего заседания; - The present Agreement and the Documents after conclusion hereof shall be approved by decision of the authorized managerial body of the Borrower or person, which has entered intro such documents as the Guarantor, гаранта, the Pledgee according to requirements of foundation documents thereof and the Bank shall be provided with original of the said decision or the copy or appropriate extract hereof, certified by the Chairman and the Secretary of the corresponding meeting; |
