In case of financing implying recourse to ХХХ of the financing discounting instruments, should the Client fail to fulfil its obligations on the due date, for whatever reason, ХХХ shall have a proportional recourse right towards the Company. In any case the Total Consideration shall not be due on the value of compensation to ХХХ for cost escalation adjustments, financing charges including the credit insurance which may be added to the Contract price.
