WHEREAS, BC is a new company concentrating to TV and mobile centred interactive content and services and wants to provide SM content in it’s TV networks in the Territory (as defined later in the Agreement);
WHEREAS SM develops, markets and licenses Participation TV and Interactive TV content, games, formats, products and services (including hardware and software configurations), which enables service providers to offer Participation TV services to the consumers and households in TV network;
WHEREAS STARCOM is willing to grant BC a right to use SM’s Participation TV content and services in the Territory defined below.
