В моем понимании, Commitment это принятые обязательства, а Liability - наложенные обязательства. Как их правилно по-русски передать?

"Commitment" shall mean any Contract (a) under which a Person has or may acquire any rights, (b) under which the Person has or may become subject to any Liability or (c) by which a Person, or any of such Person's assets, is or may become bound.

"Liability" shall mean all debts, liabilities, obligations and commitments, whether known or unknown, asserted or unasserted, fixed, absolute or contingent, matured or unmatured, accrued or unaccrued, liquidated or unliquidated, due or to become due, whenever or however arising (including, whether arising out of any Contract or tort based on negligence, strict liability or otherwise) and whether or not the same would be required by Applicable GAAP to be reflected as a liability in financial statements or disclosed in the notes thereto.
