Subject: EXERCISE OPTIONS: X exercises options under Contract / for continuation of Subcontract law The term of the Subcontract shall be commensurate with the duration and term of the Prime Contract. In the event XYZ exercises options under the Prime Contract, the Prime Contractor shall exercise options for continuation of the Subcontract for the same period of time. Nonrenewal of the Prime Contract shall constitute nonrenewal of the Subcontract.
