Выражение встречается в следующем контексте:If 3-Months MOSPRIME RATE is not published on the MOSPRIME 1 page or the relevant Reuters page is unavailable, then Party A and Party B shall use a mutually agreeable index to replace 3-Months MOSPRIME RATE. If such mutual agreement cannot be reached, or if such instrument is not available in the market, then the Calculation Agent shall obtain, in good faith and in commercially reasonable manner, replacement of RUB Floating Interest Rate which is considered a fair and reasonable fair 3 months RUB Floating Rate benchmark in the market, by reference to the rates at which each of

the Reference Banks is offering to the interbank market for 3 months RUB deposits.

Спасибо, Irisha! Я сама так и написала (только вместо разумно - целесообразно), по-русски, вроде бы, слух не режет :-)
