Помогите пожалуйста спереводом предложения из контракта:Цены твердые и не подлежат изменению, если авансовый платеж согласно п. 4.1 поступит на счет Продавца до 20.09.06 Может, что-то типа: The prices are fixed and not liable to variation if the advance payment поступит на счет Продавца??? till?? 20/09/06 Спасибо за помощь! |

IMHO the price shall be fixed and is not subject to any change if the advance payment is transferred to the Seller's account in accordance with paragraph 4.1 before ... |
