Subject: срочно! Здравствуйте, еще раз! Уважаемые господа переводчики, помогите транслитерировать фамилию Худобин на англ. яз. Мнения разошлись: Hudobin или Khudobin. Я придерживаюсь второго варианта. Спасибо за помощь!

контекст, блин если это про судебное дело Khudobin v Russia в cтрасбургском суде, то переводимой единицей является не фамилия, а legal case, и надо искать, как его там пишут. Впрочем, они пишут правильно -- Khudobin. |

Nina79, 1. Stop insisting for the sake of insisting. 2. Google up these proper names: Ходорковский, Хрущев, Хлебников, Харламов, Хабаровск... (you can add more should you wish) spelling it with "h" and then with "kh". 3. Compare results. 4. Throw away your 'chart' and use rules in the future. |
