Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести выражение Start & Term - название параграфа в договоре. Далее речь идет об условиях расторжения договора:

(1) This agreement is initially concluded for indefinite period within the framework of a pilot project,unless shorter periods are agreed for individual service provisions.
(2) Each contractual party is entitled to ordinarily terminate this agreement at the end of each quarter under observance of a three-month period of notice in writing delivered by registered mail.
(3) A premature termination attributable to good reason is possible under observance of a one-month period of notice and prior notification of the reason for the unreasonableness of continuation hereof whereby the other party hereto is to be furnished opportunity during this month to remedy such reason.... и так далее
