Subject: как бы теперь это по русски сказать.... Помогите плиз:Client shall be liable for all distributions made, payable or declared by the relevant issuer's authority to be paid on or in respect of securities borrowed by the Client from Troika for the purpose of short sales hereunder, the record or payment dates for which are during the period when the short position in such securities in open and which are not otherwise received by Troika, to full extent it would be so entitled if such securities had not been lent to Client. Смысл понятен, а по русски сказать не могу. Даже свой вариант выкладывать стыдно, засмеете! Уже голова кругом идет от этого текста, пока я тут пытаюсь разобраться какой of к какому слову относится!
