Subject: Очень нужна Ваша помощь.... :(( Пожалуйста, помогите перевести.Участник Банка обязан полностью внести свой вклад в сроки, определенные действующим законодательством Украины. (Это предложение я перевела, привожу его для контекста). В случае невыполнения этого обязательства в определенный срок участник, если другое не предусмотрено уставными документами, платит за время просрочки 10 процентов годовых от недовнесенной суммы. Юридическое или физическое лицо, которое имеет намерение приобрести значительную часть в Банке или увеличить ее таким образом, что такое лицо будет прямо или косвенно владеть или контролировать 10,25,50 и 75 процентов статутного капитала Банка или права голоса в органах управления Банка, обязано получить письменное разрешение Национального Банка Украины. ОЧЕНЬ ИМХО: In cases of non-performance of this obligation in a fixed term, unless otherwise is stipulated/envisaged by foundation documents, the Participant shall pay 10 percent of the amount not entered in full per annum for delay. Physical or legal person/entity that intends to acquire a significant part in the Bank or to increase it in such a way that such person shall directly or indirectly possess or control 10, 25, 50 or 75 percent of the authorized Bank's capital or votes in managerial bodies of the Bank and is obliged to obtain written permissison of the Тational Bank of Ukraine. A legal entity or individual intending to acquire a significant share in the Bank or to increase its share in such a way shall directly or indirectly possess 10, 25, 50 or 75 percent of the Bank's authorized capital or voting rights on the Bank's management boards and is also obliged to obtain the written consent from the National Bank of the Ukraine. |
