Subject: Момент признания обязанности по уплате пени Пожалуйста, помогите перевести.Моментом признания обязанности по уплате пени является дата подписания сторонами акта с указанием суммы неустойки, либо вступившее в законную силу решение суда. как тут лучше перевести? |

вот так перевел, но мне не нравится 6.4. The moment of acknowledgement of the obligation to pay a penalty shall be considered the date of signing this certificate by the parties with specification of the amount of penalty or final judgement. |

Володя, moment, имхо это Ru-English М.б. The penalties shall (be deemed to) be recognized on the date of signing the statement specifying/indicating the amount of penalties or in compliance with an effective court ruling/order. Оч. имхо |

Н-да, а я ждала поста V на это ветке... если бы речь шла о признании в учете, то да, recognized Я бы сказала что-то вроде obligation becomes enforceable as of the date... Возможно, penalty shall be due and payable... |

да, конечно а enforceable нет? Это... "более раннее" состояние? Если не было бы enforceable, то и решения суда не было бы, да? |
