Subject: разборок вокруг этих денег "наварилось" слишком много hmmmmmm this one too, I can't seem to find anything for "наварилось" which seems reasonable? Any suggestions?thanks guys! Your help on the last one was much appreciated. xx |
Все имхо: these monies have caused/arose a lot of controversy these monies raked up much muck about'em these monies are the history of too many conflicts/scandals/clashes |
imho I do not know why, but I suspect "навар(-ить)" has been used before in your text in its more common meaning "(to make) a profit", and it is repeated here for the sake of humorous effect / in slightly ironic fashion; e.g. "As the time went, the monies aquired started to aquire problems." In this case the translation of "наварилось" will depend on your translation higher up. That is to say: can we have a wider context please. |
Nothing higher up with navarit' but there IS krutit' den'gi higher up, also one I'm not too sure about........ |
крутить деньги = carry out multiple transactions [over a short space of time] in order to conceal the true origin of cash разборок вокруг этих денег "наварилось" слишком много = this money/cash is/has been plagued by too much bickering/wrangling/controvercy/muscle-flexing all - imho |
also "крутить" -- temporally misappropriate funds. e.g. to deposit a grant, loan, and such into a high-interest account(s) or sub-lend funds at higher interest without concent of the original lender. also to 'sit on' cash belonging to somebody else and, naturally, earn interest. |
you might want to consider the following scheme for this translation: the cash is 'spinned' --- 'the spinner' gets 'the spoils' --- but later the cash is 'spoiled' by its 'history' as imho as the previous post. |
Шаркина - фраза на русском неграмотна. Смысл размыт, пытаться переводить это сложно. попробуйте разобраться в том, что именно под этим имел в виду автор |
