Аккуратнее бы я ставила interest во множ ч да и profits тоже аккуратнее бы (?)
Комиссия может называться вообще fee (как например за предоставление, за поддержание, за организацию и проч.)
долговые обязательства - просто Notes, только что про них с англэ переводила
