which one is right? округлены до первых двух десятичных цифр OR цифр дробной части числа???

translation:

Все суммы будут показаны в Евро (или в соответствующей валюте счета). При обмене иностранной валюты на Евро, результаты будут округлены до первых двух десятичных цифр OR цифр дробной части числа.

the second variant seems too mathematic to me for a contract but the first i am not sure actually means anything in russian :(

any ideas?
