Subject: Substituted issuer Перевожу Agency agreement с прецедентом под рукой. Там "Substituted Issuer" дали как "Замещенный Эмитент".Вот текст: The Agents agree to act as such for any Subsidiary of the Guarantor or (in the case of a Newco Scheme) Newco (the “Substituted Issuer”) which for the time being is substituted as principal debtor in place of the Issuer pursuant to Clause 16.2 of the Trust Deed and accordingly each of the Agents agrees with the Trustee, the Guarantor and the Issuer to act as such and to enter into any agreement supplemental to this Agreement which in the opinion of the Trustee is necessary or desirable in connection with such substitution. Может быть, все-таки "Новый" или (если на то пошло) "Замененный" эмитент? |

с учетом for the time being - И.О. Эмитента :-)) А что там в клозе 16.2? не знаете? Почему substituted? Может, Преемник эмитента? Никак не пойдет? |
