My vote goes to "Affordable Housing for Young Families". "Targeting young families" is a little off, imho. Usually, a public policy may target some social group, but housing cannot target a group, it can be intended for a group. But, if you said, in broader context, something like, "The city government introduces a new program targeting young families," I think that would work. I guess, what I am saying here is that "housing" cannot target anyone. |

kondorsky А по какой такой причине? Affordable housing for first home buyers большая проблема и в тех странах, где все давно устаканилось и регулируется рынком. Не говорю о "молодых семьях", потому что, как правило, в этих странах люди покупают свою первую недвижимость гораздо раньше, чем вступают в брак. А первый брак, когда хотя бы одному из новобрачных меньше 30 - явление достаточно редкое :) |
