Не совсем понимаю к чему тут относится "all of which are hereby severally waived by the Borrower".

Смысл, имхо, в том, что Заемщик отказывается от права требовать от кредитора (?, кто у Вас там declare и пр.?) предварительно направлять ему "presentment, demand, protest, grace or notice of any kind (including, without limitation, notice of intent to accelerate, notice of acceleration or notice of protest)"

severally - там, может, Гарант какой имеется или еще кто-то в паре с Заемщиком (но точно сказать не берусь).
