Вас интересует перевод "hedging bank", я правильно понимаю? судя по встречающимся контекстам это "банк, осуществляющий (операции) хеджирования", например: "HEDGING BANK" means any Bank in its capacity as the provider of hedging facilities for the hedging of exposures arising pursuant to the terms of this Agreement но предупреждаю (не только Вас:-))))) я могу ошибаться... |
| ищу устойчивое словосочетание напр. "хеджирующий банк", потому-что ето термин, который более чем сто раз в контракте (50 стр.) является. |
