Subject: самостоятельно нести расходы Пожалуйста, помогите перевести.Датой платежа по настоящему Договору является дата отметки банка на платежном документе Стороны, осуществляющей платеж. При этом Стороны самостоятельно несут все банковские расходы, связанные с выполнением платежей каждой из Сторон. |

я бы сказала - ... the Parties shall incur all banking expenses... on their own. Хотя по поводу on their own я сомневаюсь |

The Parties are responsible for/cover/bear/pay their respective bank charges/fees.. ИМХО |

The Partie shall bear their own banking expenses associated with... Each Party shall bear its own banking expenses... The date of payment hereunder shall be the date of the Bank's stamp of the payment document of the Party effecting the payment. |

имхо: Date of payment shall be understood to be the date on which the invoice completed by the Party making payment is appropriately marked by the bank stamp. In this case each Party shall its own incur bank transfer fees. |

не надо incur значение у этого слова другое Алекса слушайте. shall bear its own banking expenses еще можно costs |
