Subject: работы считаются выполненными Заказчик осуществляет приемку работ путем проверки фактического выполнения работ на месте представителем Заказчика и подписанием Акта по форме КС-2 и Справки по форме КС-3 в течение 7 (семи) дней с даты их представления. В случае не подписания Заказчиком в течение 7 дней форм КС-2 и КС-3 и отсутствия по истечении указанного срока мотивированного отказа от подписания – работы считаются выполненными Подрядчиком и принятыми Заказчиком к оплате. (обсудить)The Customer’s representative shall inspect the work actually performed on site and sign the Certificate of Acceptance prepared according to form KS-2 and the Expenses Statement prepared according to form KS-3 within 7 (seven) days from the date of submission thereof. Should the Customer fail to sign forms KS-2 and KS-3 or submit a reasoned refusal to sign the above named documents within 7 days, the work shall be considered as performed by the Contractor and accepted by the Customer for payment. имхо: within 7 (seven) days OF the date of shall be deemed to have been/be completed by Contractor and approved by Customer to make a payment. (TBD) |

the customer's rep will inspect the work on-site to verify its quality and completeness. If satisfactory, the rep will sign Certificate of Acceptance in KS-2 format and Expenses Statement in KS-3 format within 7 days from/of (the) date of receipt. Failure to sign the above without reasonable excuse within 7 days will mean that the work is accepted by customer as complete and the payment is due. imo from или of (date) - одинаково правильно |
