The functions of the turbine controller includes following:

- Speed control
- Load control
- Control of HP-steam pressure, RH steam pressure and LP steam pressure
- Control valves co-ordination
- Limitation controls of HP-steam pressure, RH steam pressure and LP steam pressure
- Turbine by-pass controls

RH (reheat) steam pressure - давление промперегревателя (или, что тоже самое - вторичного пароперегрвателя)
