Вообще-то текст попахивает русским оригиналом, переведенным на английский, тем не менее, нисколько не споря с loner, я бы оставил: "... не будет зависеть от каких-либо моральных прав, обязательств или претензий в отношении ...". |

I think it is originally a Russian text, as Yan said and I suspect that it is "intellectual property rights" and not MORAL. "An artist's ability to control use of creative works such as books and films, even after relinquishing economic rights to another copyright holder such as a publisher or producer." refers to intellectual property rights as far as I can see |
