The Equipment shall at all times remain the property of Company 1 and Comapny 2 shall not have nor purport to create or raise any lien or other security or interest whether floating charge or other, in respect thereof, nor shall Company 2 permit any such security or interest to arise or be claimed in respect thereof without the written agreement of Company 1 or valid order of a competent court issued on behalf of a third party.
