Subject: возвращаясь к ОКСМ The Agency shall transfer to the Client exclusive property rights to use the Intellectual Property Items, created hereunder by the Agency on its own (without engaging third parties) in accordance with the commissions and the Appendices, in the territory of every nation included in the All-Russian Classification of Countries of the World (ACCW) and to the extent provided for by Article 16 of the Law during the entire period of protection of exclusive property rights set forth by the RF legislation now or during a period which may be set forth in the future. The maximum circulation of each Intellectual Property Item shall be 10,000,000 copies monthly. The rights shall be deemed transferred to the Client from the date the latter pays in full for the Services provided by the Agency in accordance with appropriate commissions set out in the Appendices.Смысл есть в продложении про 10 миллионов копий??? | а о каких вообще объектах интелектуальной собственности, созданных Агентством идет речь? Если что-то печатное, то может быть минимальный ежемесячный тираж в 10000000 копий |
