General Standard
Deutsche Börse listing segment for companies fulfilling the transparency requirements prescribed by German law.
Admission to General Standard does not require any action on the issuers' part; it occurs automatically with the listing in either the Official or Regulated Market.

Regulated market
A trading segment of the German securities market under public-sector law
The Geregelter Markt (Regulated Market) was opened on May 1, 1987. It is an organized market under the provisions of Section 2, Paragraph 5 of the Securities Trading Act; in other words, participation requirements are governed by legal regulations. The Geregelter Markt is also under the supervision of the Exchange Council.
