Subject: in cleared funds The CHARTERER agrees to hire the Yacht and shall pay the Charter Fee, the Security Deposit, the Advance Provisioning Allowance and any other agreed charges, in cleared funds, on or before the dates and to the Account specified in this Agreement.

| есть такое выражение clearance of funds - есть на мультитране, означает поступление средств на счет - у вас как раз про это и речь по моему..что -то вроде "обязуется выплатить всякие там платежи путем перечисления средств на такой-то счет" что то вроде того |
