IMHO, это уже кто-то ел, в том смысле, что это когда-то это было на английском. Что-то вроде: This Agreement/Contract sets forth/constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between/of the parties with respect/as/relating to the (subject matter hereof) and supersedes any and all prior... (negotiations, arrangements, representations, if any)... |
