Subject: Помогите! Кошмар! On 03.06.2004 the Licensing department of Moscow MTD of the Bank of Russia made an entry in the state registry of companies regarding the state registration of alterations No. 3. These are the alterations for increasing the authorized capital of OOO ORB to 1 255 million rubles. On 21.03.2004 the Licensing department of Moscow MTD of the Bank of Russia adopted a resolution for state registration of alterations N. 5 made in the Charter and Memorandum of association of the bank due to increase of its authorized to 11 255 million rubles. The point is that certain alterations have been made in the Charter and the same alterations have been registered. Therefore - state registration of alterations. NOT alterations to/of the state registration because in this would mean that the state registration itself was subject to alterations, which is not true! |

"Government registration amendment" doesnt't sound good to me. State/Governmental registration of alterations/amendments No. 3 sounds better. |

In the first paragraph you use articles of association for учредительные договоры and you are sing the same for устав in the second paragraph!!! Учредительные документы= both, 1)charter/articles of accociation and |
