Subject: Договор law Помогите пжлста со след переводом:Условия настоящего Договора имеют одинаковую обязательную силу для сторон и могут быть изменены по взаимному согласию с обязательным составлением письменного документа. мой вариант: Terms of present Agreement has equal binding force for Parties and may be changed upon mutual consent with compulsive settling of the written document. |

Kate, там у них надо составить документ по внесенным изменениям, а не письменно подтвердить согласие на внесение изменений. Поэтому предлагаю: The terms and conditions of the present Agreement shall be equally binding upon (both) the Parties and can be changed only upon mutual consent of the Parties with mandatory filing of a document hereto. OR The terms and conditions of the present Agreement are equally binding upon (both) the Parties and can be made only in writing upon prior mutual consent of the Parties. |
