Subject: respect of the license

Помогите, плиз! Насколько я понимаю фраза "You are not responsible for respect of the license by a third party." означает, что с вас снимается вся ответственность за соблюдение или не соблюдение условий договора третьей стороной?

Но все равно первая моя интуичка правильной оказалась. Речь о том, что вы не несете отв-сти за (возможные) нарушения (условий) настоящей лицензии третьими лицами

а в оригинале - несоблюдение не договора, а (условий) лицензии
