CE label
The equipment shall be made in accordance with Annex II A of the Machinery
Directive 98/37/EG and the standards therein specified. The equipment shall be fitted
with the CE label. Should the CE label and Declaration of Conformity not be
applicable, a Manufacturer’s Declaration according to Annex II B of the Directive
shall be issued.
Delivery would be made on the basis of our General Terms of Delivery and Erection, rev. August 2005.
